What you’ll do
You’ll help shape creator brands: positioning, content lanes, packaging, and execution standards that convert.
You’ll work inside a growth system—weekly planning, performance review, iteration—so creative decisions are tied to measurable results.
We’re Cape Town-based and prefer in-person collaboration when it improves output. Remote can be considered for exceptional candidates with strong systems and communication.
